Hitch Rack Pro – PRO HD 36-70 is a heavy-duty, multi-use hitch rack designed for large eTrikes and versatile cargo hauling. Featuring a spacious 36" × 70" inside platform, 200 lb. weight capacity, and three fully detachable loading ramps, it provides the room and flexibility needed to transport a wide range of small, medium, and large eTrikes.

Unlike carriers with an upright folding ramp, the PRO HD 36-70 uses three removable high-sided ramps. Once your eTrike is loaded, the ramps can be completely removed, allowing tires, baskets, lights, and other parts of the trike to extend beyond the front or rear of the platform when needed.

With all-steel construction, IronLoK™ Anti-Wobble System, IronShield™ protective coating, integrated LED lighting, and four welded tie-down points, the PRO HD 36-70 is built for transporting eTrikes while also providing a versatile platform for compatible cargo, mobility devices, and other bulky items.

Three Detachable Loading Ramps

The PRO HD 36-70 uses three individual detachable loading ramps, providing a guided path for each wheel of your eTrike during loading and unloading.

Each ramp measures 4.5" wide × 48" long and features 2" high sides to help guide the tires while the eTrike is being rolled onto or off the platform.

After loading, all three ramps can be completely removed. This allows parts of compatible eTrikes, including tires, baskets, and other components, to extend beyond the front or rear of the platform when necessary.

Large 36" × 70" Platform

The PRO HD 36-70 provides a spacious 36" W × 70" L inside platform designed to accommodate a wide range of small, medium, and large eTrikes.

With a maximum carrying capacity of 200 lbs., the platform can be used for several configurations depending on the dimensions and combined weight of the load.

IronLoK™ Anti-Wobble System

IronShield™ Coating System

The IronShield™ Coating System combines an e-coat base layer with a durable powder-coated finish. This protective system provides improved resistance against rust, corrosion, weather, and everyday road exposure.

Integrated LED Lighting

Integrated LED lighting helps maintain visibility at the rear of your vehicle while the carrier is installed. The lighting system includes running lights, brake lights, and turn signals.

Will My eTrike Fit?

The PRO HD 36-70 has a 36" × 70" inside platform. Because the three loading ramps are completely removable after loading, portions of a compatible eTrike can extend beyond the front or rear of the platform.

Step 1 — Measure the Length:
Measure your eTrike from front to back at approximately 4" above the ground. If this measurement is 68" or less, the eTrike fits within the recommended wheel-position area.

Step 2 — Turn the Front Wheel if Needed:
If your eTrike is longer than 68", turn the front wheel sideways and measure from the farthest point of the front tire to the rear axle. If this measurement is 68" or less, it fits within the recommended area.

Step 3 — Measure the Width:
Measure from the outside of one tire to the outside of the opposite tire. Do not include axle bolts, fenders, or other components that can extend beyond the platform. If the tire-to-tire width is 35½" or less, it fits within the rack.

Check Your eTrike's Weight

The PRO HD 36-70 has a maximum carrying capacity of 200 lbs. Keep in mind that batteries, baskets, accessories, and other additions can increase the actual weight of an eTrike.

Always verify the actual loaded weight of your eTrike before transporting it on the carrier.

More Than an eTrike Rack

The PRO HD 36-70 is designed as a multi-purpose platform carrier. In addition to compatible eTrikes and eBikes, the platform can be used for mobility devices, camping equipment, luggage, lawn supplies, large purchases, moving items, and other bulky cargo that remains within the carrier's size and weight limits.

2" Hitch Connection

The PRO HD 36-70 is designed for a compatible 2" receiver hitch. Always verify that your vehicle and receiver have sufficient tongue-weight capacity for the combined weight of the rack and everything loaded onto it.

Important: Do not use a 1¼"-to-2" hitch adapter with this rack.

Vehicle Overhang

The PRO HD 36-70 extends approximately 58" from the rear of the vehicle to the farthest point of the rack. Keep this additional vehicle length in mind when turning, backing up, maneuvering in tight spaces, and parking.

Overhang requirements vary by location. Check applicable state and local requirements regarding flags, markers, lighting, or other requirements before traveling.
