Here are some of our most popular services.

Our hourly labor rate is $150.

Basic Service Package
$125

Full inspection, cleaning, and adjustment of brakes, gears, tires, chain, and more. Great for tune-ups or post-winter refreshes. Parts not included.

Brake Adjustment
$25 per brake

Clean and adjust mechanical brakes for smooth, safe stopping. Most e-bikes have 2 brakes, e-trikes usually have 3.

Battery Replacement
$75 and up (Labor only)

Professional battery install. Price is labor only—some models may require extra steps or parts.

Diagnostic Service
$125 per hour

Our certified techs will determine what's ailing your e-ride. Payment for the first hour is collected at drop‑off. Most diagnoses take 1–2 hours. This fee is for skilled labor and is not credited toward repairs. See full Important Service Information below for details.

Tire Repair or Replacement
Starting at $85

Flat? Leak? We’ll assess and fix it. Scooter tire services start at $125 - they're tough to work with!

Assembly of New e-bike, Trike or Scooter
$75–$200

Pro assembly to get your e-ride road-ready. $75 scooters, $150 e-bikes, $200 e-trikes, $250 e-motos. Installation of accessories for $15 each.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Service
$45 within 5 miles of Shrewsbury, $5 per mile outside of that zone.

We offer convenient pick-up and drop-off to make repairs easier.

Important Diagnostic Service Information

Our diagnostic rate is $125.00 per hour. We collect payment for the first hour when the e‑ride is dropped off. Most diagnoses take 1–2 hours, depending on the complexity of the issue. This fee is for the skilled time and labor spent identifying the problem and is not credited toward repairs.

Because many repairs require manufacturer‑specific parts, our process is dependent on the manufacturer’s response time. This can mean:

  • We may need to spend time communicating with the manufacturer to identify and order the correct parts.
  • Even after parts arrive, they may not resolve the issue — in which case additional diagnostics or parts may be required.
  • Waiting for parts can sometimes mean your e‑ride will remain with us for an extended period.

We will always:

  • Contact you when we reach the first hour of diagnostic time to update you on findings and next steps.
  • Keep you informed of any changes in cost or timeline.

Our skilled, certified technicians take the time to diagnose issues correctly the first time, ensuring accuracy and saving you from guesswork or unnecessary repairs.
