Our hourly labor rate is $125 for bikes purchased through us and $150 for bikes purchased elsewhere.
Basic Service Package
$150
Full inspection, cleaning, and adjustment of brakes, gears, tires, chain, and more. Great for tune-ups or post-winter refreshes. Parts not included.
Brake Adjustment
$25 per brake
Clean and adjust mechanical brakes for smooth, safe stopping. Most e-bikes have 2 brakes, e-trikes usually have 3.
Battery Replacement
$75 and up (Labor only)
Professional battery install. Price is labor only—some models may require extra steps or parts.
Diagnostics
$49 at drop-off, then our hourly rate

Tire Repair or Replacement
Starting at $85
Flat? Leak? We’ll assess and fix it. Scooter tire services start at $125 - they're tough to work with!
Assembly of New e-bike, Trike or Scooter
$75–$250
Pro assembly to get your e-ride road-ready. $75 scooters, $150 e-bikes, $200 e-trikes, $250 e-motos. Installation of accessories for $15 each.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off Service
$45 within 5 miles of Shrewsbury, $5 per mile outside of that zone.
We offer convenient pick-up and drop-off to make repairs easier.
Important Diagnostic Service Information
Our diagnostic labor rate is $125 per hour for bikes purchased from Jesse’s e-Rides and $150 per hour for bikes not purchased from us.
For bikes that require troubleshooting (called diagnostics), a $49 diagnostic deposit is required when booking an appointment. This deposit is credited toward the first hour of diagnostic work.
Inspection, testing, and troubleshooting are professional services. We do not provide free evaluations, “quick looks,” or verbal diagnoses.
Sometimes a bike cannot be repaired because parts, firmware, or manufacturer support no longer exist. To determine this, we may perform professional work including electrical testing, disassembly and inspection, firmware checks, manufacturer and supplier research, parts sourcing attempts, reassembly, and safety verification. This time is billable and non-refundable, even if the bike cannot be repaired.
Because many repairs require manufacturer-specific parts, timelines and outcomes depend on the manufacturer’s responsiveness. This can include:
- Time spent communicating with the manufacturer to identify and order correct parts.
- Situations where parts arrive but do not resolve the issue, requiring additional diagnostics or testing.
- Extended time in our shop while waiting for parts or manufacturer responses.
We will always:
- Contact you when the first hour of diagnostic time is reached with findings and next steps.
- Keep you informed of any changes in cost or timeline.
