🚲 Jesse’s e-Rides Return Policy

(Warranty support is honored separately — we’re happy to help!)

At Jesse’s e-Rides, we strive to match each customer with the right product from the start. Because many of the bikes, trikes, and scooters we sell are either custom-assembled, pre-assembled, or shipped directly from the manufacturer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

📌 All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or accessories that are no longer wanted. This includes items picked up in-store or delivered locally, as well as orders shipped directly to the customer.

Even if a manufacturer’s website offers a different policy, purchases made through Jesse’s e-Rides fall under our store policy

🧰 What This Includes

  • Bikes, trikes, and scooters (whether assembled by us or shipped to you)

  • Accessories like horns, coolers, trunk bags, baskets, mirrors, locks, lights, etc.

  • Parts and chargers that have been opened or installed

  • Any item removed from its original packaging

🛠 If You Receive a Defective Item

We’ll work with you to troubleshoot and pursue a manufacturer’s warranty if needed. This may include:

  • Helping you collect the right documentation

  • Submitting photos or video to the manufacturer

  • Assisting with replacement part orders or repairs


We’re always happy to answer questions before you buy—especially if you’re unsure about compatibility, sizing, or what kind of product is right for your needs.
